By accessing and using the WebStar Studio website and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are strictly prohibited from using our services. These terms form a legally binding contract between you and WebStar Studio.
All content, designs, code, graphics, and other intellectual property created by WebStar Studio remain the strict property of WebStar Studio until full and final payment is received. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or reverse engineering of our work is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate legal action.
We commit to delivering premium digital products within the agreed-upon timeframe. Revisions are subject to the specific terms outlined in your project contract. Any requests significantly outside the original scope of work will be billed at our standard hourly rate. We reserve the right to halt work if payments are delayed.
A non-refundable deposit is required before any development or design work commences. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the final deployment of the website, application, or system to your live servers. Late payments will incur a strict 5% monthly interest penalty.
WebStar Studio shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services. Our maximum liability under any circumstance will not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service in dispute.
We may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. Any outstanding balances become due immediately.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of the service following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
